New job! Yay!!

From what I understood about the company so far, they (we) are building a platform that targets the chemical & mechanical process engineering and harnesses the power of software engineering and newly found push from AI to take the mundane process diagrams and make the entities something that is trivial to optimize, configure, change, and play with.

This is quite a challenge to take upon and I look forward to learning lots and lots here.

FullStack Software Engineer, AI Dept

Worked as a full-stack engineer on projects, collaborating with prestigious institutes such as the Indian Navy, Indian Oil Corp, BlueGulf Ship Builders Abu Dhabi.

My flagship project here was designing and building the entire database structure, backend structure as well as professional frontend for Project ISACA. Project ISACA is an autonomous high-speed water bound vessel that is capable of operations ranging from rescuing, surveying as well as attacking; all done autonomously! It was a huge responsibilty, considering I was working on building an innovative product for our country's defence. And as you can imagine, this project is bound to play a huge impact in our country's safety in the upcoming years.

As you can guess, my work heavily relied upon building reliable databases and backends primarily.

This was my first foray into the world of professional software engineering! I was lucky enough to work with a brilliant manager who guided and taught me a lot about the proper mindset to have while buidling large-scale products.

The flagship product I built here was called Panopticon. I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to build the entire core functionality and scalability aspects while also have the privilege to name it. As some of you might guess, Panopticon was an employee performance measurement product. This product helped the organization to hire remote talent with utmost confidence since our metrics were super accurate and insightful. It was an intrusive product for the user but it was eye-opening that I could build it. Made me question that if I could build such a sophisticated product, what can the armies of countries such as the USA build. Not to make it political but building this product made me realise that the next war is indeed going to be an information war first.
